Key topics included familiarizing employees with the company\u2019s Inquiry Committee, the roles of its members, and the procedures available for lodging grievances. Attendees were encouraged to ask questions, providing an open forum to discuss what constitutes workplace harassment and the various appeal mechanisms participants can utilize if dissatisfied with committee decisions.<\/p>\n<p>The event underscored FOSPAH\u2019s commitment to creating safe and supportive work environments by empowering employees with vital information.
