UNHCR, together with IOM Pakistan, welcomed a delegation from the Embassy of Denmark in Pakistan and the Denmark Ministry of Foreign Affairs to its programmes supporting refugees and asylum-seekers across Pakistan.
The delegation met national partners including the Pakistan Ministry of States and Frontier Regions and local partner Inspire Pakistan, observing firsthand activities that protect and empower displaced communities and strengthen access to essential services.
The visit reinforced the Denmark partnership, highlighting how sustained support helps build dignity, resilience and hope for people forced to flee, especially during crises.
UNHCR and IOM Pakistan expressed deep gratitude to Denmark for its solidarity and said they will continue collaborating with government and civil society partners to enhance protection and durable solutions for refugees and asylum-seekers.
