Pak-Turk Maarif International Schools & Colleges sent talented Pakistani students to two major cultural gatherings in Türkiye in April 2026, giving young ambassadors valuable international exposure and a platform to celebrate national heritage.
Students from Lahore Dream Garden Campus and Lahore Asifa Irfan Campus took part in the International Bread Festival in Istanbul from 18–25 April 2026, joining delegations from many countries to promote friendship and cultural exchange. During their visit they observed official protocol at the Governor’s House and presented souvenirs on behalf of Pakistan and Pak-Turk Maarif, underscoring goodwill between the two nations. The Lahore students also prepared traditional Pakistani naan, which was warmly received by guests and delegates and highlighted Pakistan’s culinary traditions.
Meanwhile, learners from Islamabad Chak Shahzad Campus and Islamabad G-10 Campus represented Pakistan at the 48th International 23rd April Children’s Festival organised by TRT in Ankara from 19–24 April 2026. Their vibrant performance of the national song Ae Mere Watan enthralled the international audience and reflected the patriotic pride and colourful cultural expression of Pakistan. The participating students had the honour of meeting President of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan during the celebrations, a memorable recognition of their role as cultural envoys.
These opportunities allowed Pakistani students to showcase national traditions, strengthen people-to-people ties and build confidence on a global stage. The combination of culinary participation, formal protocol visits and high-profile cultural performances helped present a multi‑dimensional image of Pakistan to international visitors and hosts.
Pak-Turk Maarif’s engagements in Istanbul and Ankara reaffirm the institution’s commitment to providing students with platforms for cultural diplomacy and growth. By representing Pakistan at renowned international events, these students carried the country’s heritage and youthful talent into the international community with pride and professionalism.
