Pakistan Azerbaijan Sign Youth MoU for Stronger Collaboration

Pakistan and Azerbaijan have signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at fostering youth development, intercultural exchanges, and enhancing regional cooperation between the two countries.
In an important step towards boosting bilateral relationships and encouraging youth empowerment, the governments of Pakistan and Azerbaijan have formalized their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement underscores their mutual commitment to youth-centered initiatives and regional collaboration aimed at fostering stronger ties between the two countries.
Representing Pakistan in this notable agreement was Miss Syeda Amnah Batool, Member of the National Assembly and appointed Focal Person for the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP), specifically responsible for the Green Youth Movement and International Linkages. Miss Batool signed the MoU on behalf of PMYP, stepping in for its Chairman, Mr. Rana Mashhood Ahmad Khan.
The signing ceremony took place in Aghdam, Republic of Azerbaijan, with representatives from both nations present. The agreement signals a resolute commitment from both Pakistan and Azerbaijan to collaboratively work towards the empowerment of their youth populations through targeted programs, expanded intercultural engagements, and the implementation of joint initiatives.
Both sides expressed confidence that the MoU will lead to significant positive impacts, facilitating deeper bilateral cooperation, cultural dialogue, and greater understanding between Pakistani and Azerbaijani youth. This agreement serves as a foundation to enhance socio-cultural relations and to prepare young people in both countries to actively contribute toward regional development and healthy international relations.
