School Education Transfer Posting Proposals in Sindh Districts

**Sindh School Education Department Reviews Transfer and Posting Proposals for Three Districts**
The School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, convened a high-level meeting to evaluate proposals regarding the transfer and posting of staff on a need basis under the ongoing Sindh Teachers’ Recruitment (STR) Phase-II Initiative. The proposals focused on the districts of Khairpur, Sukkur, and Ghotki.
The session was chaired by Special Secretary Sayed Junaid Ahmed and brought together key departmental leadership. Among the attendees were Director General (Monitoring & Evaluation) Moula Bakhsh Shaikh, Additional Secretary (Secondary) Ghulam Akbar Brahmani, Director HR&T Kishore Kumar, Deputy Director Ghazi Khan Mahar, Data Analyst (M&E) Farrukh Warsi, Deputy Director HRMIS Madan Lal, and other officials responsible for secondary and primary education leadership in the Sukkur region and the aforementioned districts.
Participants discussed strategies to streamline the transfer and posting procedures to address staffing shortages and ensure equitable teacher distribution across schools in Khairpur, Sukkur, and Ghotki. The meeting also emphasized the importance of data-driven decision-making to enhance educational standards and service delivery in these districts.
The meeting highlighted the department’s ongoing commitment to transparency and merit-based processes in school staffing. The initiatives under STR Phase-II are expected to support quality education and improve school management systems throughout the province.
