BISP Launches Digital Dashboard for Nutrition Data

A new Digital Dashboard under the Benazir Nashonuma Programme puts real-time nutrition data at the center of decision-making across Pakistan, aiming to improve planning and service delivery for mothers and children.

The dashboard was launched in a ceremony attended by Senator Rubina Khalid, Chairperson BISP, Federal Minister for Poverty Alleviation Syed Imran Ahmed Shah, DG NSER Dr. Asim Ijaz, Secretary Poverty Alleviation Naveed Ahmad Sheikh, and WFP Country Director Coco Ushiyama, reflecting a collaborative push to modernize monitoring within social protection programmes.

The platform brings the full picture to policymakers, programme teams and communities by reporting the number of mothers enrolled, children receiving nutrition support and children who have graduated from the nutrition stream, alongside overall programme reach and progress.

In addition to beneficiary figures, the Digital Dashboard tracks the number of Facilitation Centres and Nutrition Stabilization Centres operating under the programme so authorities can identify gaps and respond quickly where services are needed most.

By delivering timely, accurate nutrition data the dashboard strengthens accountability, enables smarter resource allocation and supports better outcomes for children across the country, helping stakeholders convert information into action at national and local levels.
