Dr. Muhammad Afzal Babar, founder and central president of the Private Schools Network Islamabad and Divisional Commissioner of the Islamabad Boy Scouts Association, congratulated Tariq Aleem Gul on his appointment as Secretary of the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association.
Speaking in Islamabad, Dr. Afzal Babar praised Tariq Aleem Gul’s elevation from his role as Provincial Commissioner of the Islamabad Boy Scouts Association to the national office, expressing confidence in his ability to strengthen scouting programs across the country.
The appointment was welcomed by other scouting officials in attendance. Zahid Mehmood, Director of Adult Training and Programs at the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association, and Syed Faisal Jamil were present to mark the occasion and extend their support for the new secretary.
