Curricular and Co-curricular Activities Plan for Fall 2025

A committee chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zia ul Haq met to finalize an action plan for curricular and co‑curricular activities for the upcoming fall semester, focusing on strengthening student engagement while ensuring strict adherence to university procedures and regulations.

The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Muhammad Zia ul Haq, Dean FSL and Director General of the Islamic Research Institute. Attendees included Student Advisor (Male) Dr. Hafiz Ghufran Ali, Provost (Male) Dr. Muhammad Ibrar Shinwari, Dr. Tauqeer Hussain Sargana, Assistant Professor FSS, Dr. Hafiz Muhammad Siddiq, Assistant Professor Law, Col. Ali Haider, CSO, and Ali Raafie, Assistant Director Exams.

Members emphasized that the calendar of activities already approved by the competent authorities must be implemented in letter and spirit. The committee agreed on the need to strengthen student engagement within the framework of existing university rules and procedures, ensuring activities support academic and personal development.

The committee reiterated that no illegal or unauthorized events will be permitted on campus. Students must obtain prior approval from the Directorate of Student Affairs (DSA) before organizing curricular or co‑curricular activities, to ensure discipline, proper management, and compliance with university regulations.

Members reaffirmed their commitment to providing a constructive environment that encourages positive, rule‑based activities aimed at supporting students’ cognitive growth and physical well‑being. The committee also acknowledged the exceptional support extended by the Worthy President IIUI in facilitating student activities on campus.
