Pakistan Gaza Voice Amplified at UN Protest

Syed Zeeshan Naqvi, Prime Minister’s Focal Person for the Youth Program, took part in a protest in front of the United Nations General Assembly where representatives from several countries joined calls in support of Palestine. The demonstration in New York highlighted Pakistan Gaza solidarity and sought urgent international action over the situation in Gaza.

Addressing the gathering, Naqvi urged the global community to take practical steps to halt what he described as Israel’s terrorist acts. He called for accountability and went as far as saying that Netanyahu should be declared a terrorist over the alleged genocide in Gaza. Naqvi also affirmed that Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will raise Israeli atrocities at the General Assembly.

Participants at the demonstration conveyed a unified demand for an immediate ceasefire and humanitarian relief, and Muslim leaders present pressed President Trump for swift intervention on behalf of civilians. The rally stressed that Pakistan Gaza advocacy must be matched by coordinated Muslim leadership to stop further violence.

The crowd repeatedly chanted against Israel while calling for uninterrupted access to food, medical supplies and the immediate withdrawal of Israeli forces. Naqvi’s participation underscored Pakistan’s vocal stance at international forums and reinforced calls for concrete steps to protect civilians in Gaza.
