PTF Concludes ITF Ali Embroidery Junior Tennis
On 1 November 2025 the Pakistan Tennis Federation (PTF) successfully concluded the ITF Pakistan Ali Embroidery World Junior Tennis Championship J-30 (Leg-2) at the PTF-SDA Tennis Complex in Islamabad, showcasing competitive junior tennis talent from across the globe.
Players representing China, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Lithuania, Russia, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom and Pakistan contested the event, providing strong international competition on Islamabad courts.
The tournament was supported by Ali Embroidery, National Food and the Capital Development Authority, whose sponsorship helped deliver professional facilities and a well-run event for competitors and spectators.
Mikaeel Ali Baig of Pakistan captured the Boys’ Singles title after a commanding performance in the final, defeating Kristijonas Milasaukas of Lithuania 6-3, 7-6(3) to take the championship.
Ecrin Lal Yavuz of Turkey dominated the Girls’ Singles final, defeating compatriot Serife Pelin Sari 6-0, 6-0 to claim the girls title in convincing fashion.
The closing ceremony featured Deputy Chairman Senate Syedaal Khan Nassar as chief guest, with HE İrfan Neziroğlu, Ambassador of Turkey, Senator Salim Saifullah Khan as Chairman PTF, and Mr Zamrud Khan, CEO of Pakistan Sweet Home, as guests of honour. They presented prizes alongside former Davis Cupper Rashid Malik and Col. Zia-ud-Din Tufail, Secretary General of PTF.
Also in attendance were Advocate Majid Bashir, President ITA, Major Rashid, former Secretary PTF, Mr Saeed Ahmad Khan (SVP PTF), Col. Gul Rehman (Director C&S PTF), together with a large contingent of players, parents, coaches and tennis supporters who celebrated the event’s success.
The Pakistan Tennis Federation has announced that the main draw matches of the ITF Pakistan J-60 World Junior Tennis Championship 2025 will begin on Monday, 3 November 2025 at the PTF Tennis Complex in Islamabad, continuing the momentum for junior tennis in the country.
