Exam Security Drive Tightens Rawalpindi Board Exams

On 6 October 2025 the Controller of Examinations at the Rawalpindi Board, Tanveer Asghar Awan, led a focused campaign to strengthen exam security and reported notable success in curbing the so-called “booti mafia” or cheating networks during the Intermediate Second Annual 2025 examinations.

During inspections of multiple examination centres he reviewed implementation of exam SOPs, verified security arrangements and examined seating plans to ensure all measures were in place. These actions formed part of a comprehensive exam security strategy aligned with the Punjab government’s Zero Tolerance policy.

Officials confirmed that exam staff were deployed with full commitment and that strict adherence to procedures has helped maintain order and transparency. Candidates were provided with appropriate facilities so that the assessment process could proceed fairly and without disruption.

The board’s hands-on approach aims to protect the integrity of Board Exams 2025 across Rawalpindi by combining robust security checks with clear operational guidance for centre staff. Continued monitoring and enforcement of the exam security measures remain a priority to ensure transparent and credible results.
