**Pakistan Reaffirms Commitment to Global Peace in Talks with UN Secretary General**

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar discussed Pakistan’s ongoing presidency of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) during a phone conversation with UN Secretary General António Guterres. The conversation centered on Pakistan’s commitment to international peace, security, and the peaceful resolution of disputes, as the country leads the influential Security Council throughout July.

Senator Dar underlined Pakistan’s dedication to advancing the UN’s core objectives, emphasizing the series of signature events planned during its UNSC presidency that aim to promote dialogue, mutual understanding, and cooperative solutions to global challenges.
