**Pakistan Red Crescent Society Holds Successful Organisational Development Working Group Meeting**
The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) successfully convened its long-anticipated Organisational Development (OD) Working Group Meeting at its National Headquarters in Islamabad. Chaired by Mr. Abidullah, Secretary General of PRCS NHQ, the session reaffirmed the Society’s commitment to unity, collaboration, and institutional sustainability.
During the meeting, members formally approved the minutes from the previous session before turning their attention to a series of key agenda items. Special emphasis was placed on urgent challenges faced at the branch level, with productive discussions aimed at identifying solutions and setting priorities for immediate action.
Despite a significant gap since the last meeting, the OD Working Group maintained a focused and forward-looking dialogue throughout the day. Participants praised the atmosphere of collective ownership and renewed commitment, highlighting the group’s essential role in guiding the ongoing development of the National Society.
