Thai Mobile Consular Service Supports Community in Battagram

The Royal Thai Embassy in Islamabad has provided essential consular services to Thai nationals living in and around Battagram, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through a mobile outreach event held at the Al-Termizi Foundation. Approximately 150 members of the Thai community benefited from services such as passport and ID card issuance, registration of births and marriages, document legalization, and general consular advice.
This mobile consular service allowed Thai nationals—many of whom reside far from the capital—to access important government services without traveling long distances. Core services delivered included applications for electronic passports, Thai national ID cards, birth and marriage registrations, and the authentication of official documents. Embassy staff were also on hand to provide consultations and advice on a range of consular matters, addressing questions and concerns specific to the Thai expatriate community in the region.
The initiative is part of the embassy’s broader mission to ensure the well-being and legal protection of Thai citizens abroad, emphasizing a people-centered approach to diplomacy. The embassy expressed its gratitude to the Al-Termizi Foundation for its continued cooperation and support in hosting the mobile consular service, highlighting the successful collaboration that makes these outreach events possible.
