Strengthening Pakistan Security Through Unity
Social leader Mohammad Aamir Siddiqui reaffirmed that Pakistan is a peaceful and sovereign nation that will not compromise on its security. He said Pakistan seeks good relations with its neighbours but has repeatedly faced conspiracies aimed at destabilising the country, a challenge met by national cohesion and the resolve of security institutions.
Siddiqui credited the country’s unity, political maturity and the capabilities of the armed forces for thwarting plots that sought to weaken Pakistan. He praised the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and said the joint land, air and naval responses have demonstrated Pakistan’s strength and surprised observers abroad. He described recent operations such as Operation Bunyān al-Marsūs and actions against extremist elements labelled Fitna al-Khawarij as clear examples of decisive military success under unified national effort.
On regional dynamics, Siddiqui said Pakistan continues to prefer peaceful neighbourly relations but warned that external support for anti-state elements will not be tolerated. He said messages were sent to militant groups including the TTP that conspiracies against peace would fail and urged the Taliban authorities across the border to take effective measures to prevent cross-border terrorism.
The social leader expressed sorrow over the 13 October Muridke incident, calling it a deeply saddening event that would not have occurred had vigilance been absolute. He affirmed that Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat are peaceful citizens who stand with Pakistan and support the nation’s unity and security. Siddiqui concluded by underscoring that Pakistan security depends on national solidarity, strong institutions, and cooperative regional relations to ensure lasting peace.
