At the Islamabad Sports Complex a vibrant Westminster Sports Day brought together students, parents and local dignitaries for a full day of athletic displays and community celebration. Barrister Danyal Chaudhry, Federal Parliamentary Secretary for Information & Broadcasting, praised the students’ discipline and energy and underlined the connection between sports, education and national stability. Speaking to the gathering of young athletes and families, he declared that “these children will defeat terrorism,” stressing that the values nurtured through sport and learning are central to Pakistan’s future.
Highlighting the achievements of the Westminster Education platform, the Parliamentary Secretary noted that many graduates have earned distinctions and represented Pakistan on international stages.
