**Bank of Punjab Quetta Hosts Workshop on Combating Workplace Harassment**
The Bank of Punjab Quetta recently held a training session focused on fostering workplace dignity and combating harassment, bringing together employees and officials to deepen their understanding of the legal frameworks and complaint mechanisms available.
During the event, Law Officer Ms. Tayyaba Kakar and Assistant Registrar Mr. Muhammad Usman provided an overview of the important work carried out by the Federal Ombudsperson for Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplaces (FOSPAH). They emphasized the organization’s active role in addressing workplace harassment and ensuring a safer environment for all employees.
The speakers guided participants through the detailed complaint procedures for reporting harassment, explaining each step and the resources available to victims. They also highlighted the significance of awareness and accountability in preventing improper conduct. Furthermore, the session included a review of notable legal judgments from Quetta, illustrating how these cases have contributed to defining and protecting workplace dignity in the region.
