RDA website boosts citizen services with new CMS
Director General Kinza Murtaza unveiled a redesigned digital platform for the Rawalpindi Development Authority on December 22, 2025, launching a modern RDA website together with a standalone Complaint Management System to strengthen digital governance and public service delivery.
The RDA website has been rebuilt as a user-friendly, mobile-responsive portal with improved performance, clearer navigation and an updated content structure that makes official notifications, departmental updates and online services more accessible to citizens, developers and investors across Rawalpindi.
The new Complaint Management System operates as a dedicated platform for systematic registration, tracking, monitoring and timely resolution of grievances. By providing transparent case records and automated tracking, the CMS is designed to raise institutional accountability and improve response times for public complaints.
The DG said the move is aimed at promoting transparency, operational efficiency and effective communication between the Authority and the public. RDA stressed its commitment to adopting modern technology to facilitate citizens and raise service standards across departments.
Officials noted the combined platforms will reduce manual procedures, shorten response times and strengthen coordination between concerned units. Citizens are encouraged to use the RDA website and CMS to submit complaints, follow up on service requests and stay informed about RDA initiatives.
The newly launched RDA website and Complaint Management System are now live and accessible to the public, marking a step forward in the Authority’s digital service agenda for Rawalpindi.
