Improving Rawalpindi Traffic Through Joint Action

City Traffic Officer Farhan Aslam visited the RCSTSI office in Rawalpindi to lead a focused discussion on traffic management and practical steps to ease Rawalpindi traffic. The meeting sought to convert shared concerns into tangible measures that improve road safety and overall traffic flow across the city.

RCSTSI leadership in attendance included Malik Shahid Ghafoor Paracha as Group Leader, Sardar Saqib Nasim as President, Dost Ali Jan as Senior Vice President, Asif Javed as Vice President and other executive members, and together they examined congestion hotspots and the immediate needs of the road network.

Participants agreed to pursue coordinated efforts to find solutions to traffic congestion, strengthen enforcement and safety protocols, and plan infrastructure enhancements to address Rawalpindi traffic challenges. The collaboration between RCSTSI and the City Traffic Officer will emphasize practical implementation, stakeholder coordination and regular monitoring to make city roads safer and more efficient.

Officials underscored that sustained engagement and joint action are essential to deliver measurable improvements for daily commuters and city traffic operations.
