Driving Pakistan Africa Trade at PATDC 2025
The 5th Pakistan–Africa Trade Development Conference and Single Country Exhibition concluded at Millennium Hall in Addis Ababa after three days of trade, dialogue and partnership between Pakistan, Ethiopia and the wider African region. The event was organized by the Ministry of Commerce and TDAP in collaboration with the Embassy of Pakistan in Addis Ababa, bringing a clear focus on expanding Pakistan Africa trade.
Hundreds of business leaders, government officials and private sector representatives from across Africa attended, creating a vibrant environment for high-impact B2B discussions. Strong visitor turnout translated into promising business leads and early-stage joint venture opportunities, reinforcing the commercial potential between Pakistani firms and African partners.
A productive visit to Ethiopian industrial parks highlighted concrete investment opportunities and showcased facilities that could host Pakistani exporters and manufacturers. Delegates assessed areas where collaboration and capacity building can accelerate trade flows and attract further investment into both markets.
The successful close of PATDC 2025 marks a practical step forward in strengthening Pakistan Africa trade and investment linkages, with organisers and participants optimistic about follow-up deals and partnerships that support shared economic growth and prosperity.
