Pak-China first collaborative movie “Ba’tie Girl” is
my great achievement: Fashion Designer Asma Khan
ISLAMABAD:(peak point)My greatest achievement, so far is to work on CPEC Cultural Caravan & the first Pakistan – China collaborative feature movie which is “Ba’tie Girl”. This was great opportunity to work in the theater. This was stated by Popular Fashion Designer Asma Khan in a statement issued here.She said that I have done numerous international fashion photo shoots as well. I have completed my fashion designing from Hunner kadha College of Visual & Performing Arts.She said I have always had an artistic mind since I was a little child and that mindset of always coming up with something creative and different that has prepared my mind for the role that I am playing today and who I am.My favorite fashion brands are Dior, Versace & Chanel, she added.She said that it is hard to pinpoint a favorite designer because there are so many great designers in the world, but if I had to choose one, that would be Christian Dior.I like working on both eastern and western fashion because the idea of designing is to be versatile and not to restrict at any point, she added. And my wardrobe has also been featured on Rahat Fateh Ali Khan & in other artists music videos too.Aasma Khan said that Pakistani fashion industry needs to catch up with the Western fashion industry, because we are far behind them. “My suggestion to new comers would be to remain consistent and keep on working hard. Because hard work is the way to achieving your desired outcomes, she concluded.
