Chaudhry highlighted improving economic indicators and renewed investor confidence as clear evidence of progress for the Pakistan economy. “We have moved past the propaganda of default; today Pakistan stands as an example of economic resilience,” he said, stressing that shifting sentiment is now matched by measurable gains.
He credited government policies for helping to reduce inflationary pressures and to revitalize trade and industry, expressing confidence that Pakistan would soon graduate from the IMF program. That step, he argued, would bring tangible public relief and create space for autonomous growth across sectors of the Pakistan economy.
The Parliamentary Secretary praised Rawalpindi’s business community for its long-standing role in supporting the national economy and pledged that local markets, including the furniture sector showcased at the exhibition, will be included in forthcoming development plans.
