Pakistan’s technology sector has won 11 awards at the ASOCIO Digital & AI Awards 2026, marking a strong showing for the country among leading technology organisations from 24 economies across the Asia-Oceania region, the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) said on Thursday.
According to P@SHA, the awards recognise Pakistan’s expanding role in key areas of the digital economy, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, healthcare, education, financial services, smart agriculture, manufacturing, talent development and digital government.
The winners include organisations from both the public and private sectors. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board received the Digital Government Award, while Remire won the Talent Development Award. Symmetry Group Limited was named winner of the Global Business Service Award.
In artificial intelligence-related categories, SecureBeans received the AI in Cybersecurity Award, Planetbeyond Pakistan won the AI for Public Good Award, and CARE was recognised with the AI in Education Award.
DxVision AI was awarded in the AI in Healthcare category, Sybrid won the AI in Smart Agriculture Award, and Unikrew Solutions secured the AI in Financial Services Award.
Geekinn Private Limited received the AI in Workforce & Future Skills Award, while SMART IS (Private) Limited won the AI in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Award.
P@SHA said the range of categories won by Pakistani entities reflects the depth of technology solutions being developed in the country to address complex challenges across multiple sectors. It added that the achievement demonstrates the local industry’s capacity to compete and gain recognition at a regional level.
The Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) is a regional body that brings together ICT industry associations and provides a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, business engagement and recognition of technology-driven innovation.
P@SHA said Pakistan’s 11 category wins were not only a major achievement for the individual recipients but also a strong reflection of the country’s growing technology ecosystem.
As Pakistan’s official representative in the ASOCIO network, P@SHA said it has continued to work for strengthening the country’s regional presence and creating opportunities for local technology organisations to develop international linkages.
The association congratulated all 11 award winners and said the recognised organisations would represent Pakistan at the official ASOCIO Digital & AI Awards 2026 events in Jakarta, Indonesia, from October 5 to 7, 2026.
The event will gather technology leaders and innovators from the region, offering Pakistani delegates an opportunity to explore global partnerships, present their work before an international audience and build further momentum for the country’s technology sector.
