British High Commissioner Jane Marriott called on Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar in Islamabad today.
The two sides discussed Pakistan UK relations and exchanged views on regional developments, including the recent U.S.-Iran situation. DPM/FM Ishaq Dar highlighted Pakistan’s constructive mediation efforts in support of dialogue, diplomacy and de escalation.
The British High Commissioner appreciated Pakistan’s role in promoting regional peace and stability.
