RPO Babar Sarfraz Reviews Murree Police Performance

Regional Police Officer (RPO) Rawalpindi Region, Babar Sarfraz Alpa, visited Murree Police Station to assess law and order, operations, and public service delivery. He reviewed facilities, including the front desk, building infrastructure, lock-up conditions, and records, instructing officials to immediately address citizen complaints uniformly, promptly, and diligently.
Upon his arrival, RPO Alpa was briefed by District Police Officer (DPO) Murree, Asif Amin Awan, about the overall crime situation of Murree District. The briefing encompassed ongoing operations, challenges, and measures being implemented to curb criminal activities effectively.
During the inspection of the police station, RPO Alpa emphasized prompt and impartial handling of public complaints. He further directed that suspects involved in serious criminal cases registered at the Murree Police Station must be swiftly apprehended and their cases resolved without unnecessary delay, affirming that justice must prevail.
RPO Alpa also reviewed record-keeping procedures and instructed officials to ensure completeness and accuracy of all records. He underscored the importance of continuously enhancing public service delivery standards, advising police staff to maintain a professional attitude towards citizens and facilitate their access to justice and policing services.
