Community Health Inspector Program Review in Punjab Districts

Punjab’s Secretary of Health and Population, Nadia Saqib, chaired a review meeting to assess the progress of the Community Health Inspectors Program, which is being piloted in the districts of Rahim Yar Khan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Muzaffargarh, and Rajanpur.
During the meeting, officials discussed the current status of the program, challenges faced in the field, and strategies for future implementation. Secretary Nadia Saqib emphasized the importance of fully utilizing all available resources to ensure the program’s success and directed relevant authorities to address any obstacles promptly. The initiative aims to strengthen healthcare oversight and improve community health standards across the selected districts.
