PM Laptop Empowers Mathematics Student

Nida Eman, a promising student from the Department of Mathematics at RWU, received a laptop directly from the Prime Minister, Hon’ble Mian Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, during the PM Laptop Distribution Ceremony on October 30, 2025, at the Jinnah Convention Center in Islamabad. The presentation underscored the personal recognition of student achievement and the importance of equipping learners with modern tools.

The PM laptop initiative aims to expand access to digital resources and support academic performance across Pakistan. By providing laptops to students like Nida Eman, the government seeks to reduce barriers to online learning and to integrate technology into everyday study, reinforcing a wider commitment to digital education and innovation.

The distribution event at the Jinnah Convention Center showcased the administration’s focus on nurturing talent in science and mathematics and on promoting equal opportunities for students nationwide. Recipients described the PM laptop award as a timely boost that will enable research, coursework, and greater participation in digital learning platforms.

As the PM laptop programme continues, officials say such investments are intended to strengthen the country’s educational infrastructure and to help students achieve academic excellence through improved access to technology and learning resources.
