NAVTTC Chairperson Visits Chinese College for Student Training

Chairperson of Pakistan’s National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ms. Gulmina Bilal Ahmad, paid an official visit to the Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technical College in Yiwu city, China, to oversee preparations and arrangements ahead of sending Pakistani students to the institute for technical training scheduled to commence in March 2026.
During the visit, Ms. Ahmad met with representatives and officials from the Zhejiang Institute to discuss coordinated efforts aimed at enhancing vocational and technical education collaboration between Pakistan and China. Detailed discussions focused on logistics, accommodations, curriculum arrangements, and other necessary facilities to ensure an efficient and productive training experience for Pakistani students.
The planned training initiative at this prominent technical college in Zhejiang province reflects NAVTTC’s continued commitment to providing Pakistani youth with quality technical education and skill development opportunities, preparing them to effectively compete in the evolving global job market.
This initiative is also part of the broader Pakistan-China cooperation aimed at fostering educational exchanges and building stronger professional linkages between the two countries.
