Driving IBCC Automation Forward

A review meeting at the Inter Boards Coordination Commission office was chaired by Executive Director Dr. Ghulam Ali Mallah, beginning with the recitation of the Holy Quran and moving into a detailed assessment of the organisation’s digital agenda.
Mr. Muhammad Kashif, Deputy Director (IT), accompanied by his team, presented a comprehensive briefing on the status of ongoing projects, upcoming initiatives and the operational challenges involved in expanding IBCC’s digital systems.
Updates covered the Online Board Verification System, Customer Care Desk, Equivalence Portal, Attestation Portal, Digital Verification System and the e-payment facility via card for both national and international applicants, along with progress on the official IBCC website and the FBISE Online Verification System.
The Executive Director underlined that modern technology is central to improving transparency, operational efficiency and accessibility, and stressed that IBCC automation remains a priority as the organisation moves toward a fully automated and paperless working environment where major services are delivered through secure digital platforms.
Dr. Mallah directed the IT team to further strengthen user-friendly systems so applicants can access IBCC services without unnecessary physical visits, noting the importance of convenience for students, educational institutions and stakeholders across Pakistan and abroad.
While acknowledging limited human resources, the Executive Director praised the IT team’s dedication and professionalism in managing multiple initiatives and reiterated the institution’s commitment to expanding digital services, promoting a paperless culture and ensuring efficient, transparent, technology-driven service delivery for learners and institutions both domestically and internationally.
