A team from Quetta has launched an initiative to raise awareness about workplace rights and protections against harassment, conducting outreach sessions at major banks across the city. The campaign aims to ensure that employees are informed, empowered, and feel safe at their workplaces.
The latest session was conducted at Soneri Bank and was led by Law Officer Ms. Tayyaba Kakar. During the session, Ms. Kakar highlighted the mandate of the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection against Harassment (FOSPAH), providing employees with essential information about recognizing different forms of harassment and the proper procedures for lodging complaints.
