Naval Chief Reviews SEASPARK 2026 Drills at Sea, Creeks

Karachi, Sept 20: Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Naveed Ashraf visited different Pakistan Navy units at sea and in the Creeks Area to review the ongoing Exercise SEASPARK 2026.

According to the Directorate General Public Relations (Pakistan Navy), the exercise has been under way since Sept 1. SEASPARK 2026 is a major biennial maritime exercise of Pakistan Navy, designed to rehearse the full spectrum of maritime operations.

The exercise provides an opportunity to demonstrate operational preparedness and the Navy’s capability to shift rapidly from peacetime deployments to wartime operations.

In view of the changing character of war, Exercise SEASPARK 2026 is being conducted under the overarching umbrella of Operations in Information Environment. The manifestation of Multi-Domain Operations and extensive employment of unmanned systems are among the key features of this year’s exercise.

During his visits, the Naval Chief met personnel taking part in the exercise. He expressed satisfaction over their professional excellence, high morale, operational readiness and tireless resolve to remain invincible at sea.
