TikTok STEM Feed Launches in Pakistan at Pak-China Center

TikTok, in partnership with the Ministry of IT & Telecom and the National Information Technology Board, has unveiled its STEM Feed in Pakistan at a launch event held at the Pak-China Center in Islamabad. The initiative aims to make science, technology, engineering, and mathematics content more accessible and engaging for Pakistani audiences, supporting the country’s digital advancement.

Federal Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja and Minister of State for Education and Professional Training Wajiha Qamar attended the event, highlighting the government’s dedication to harnessing technology platforms like TikTok to create new educational and professional opportunities. The ministers emphasized the importance of equipping young people with digital skills as a pathway to a smarter and more technologically advanced Pakistan.

The new STEM Feed is designed to encourage learning, curiosity, and problem-solving by presenting complex scientific concepts in a simplified and inclusive manner. Modeled after similar successful initiatives around the world, it seeks to foster greater interest in STEM fields among Pakistani users, making educational content both accessible and inspiring.

By leveraging TikTok’s wide reach and user-friendly format, the STEM Feed aspires to be a resource for both educators and students, supporting broader national goals for digital inclusion and innovation.
