Build Pakistan Exhibition 2025 Brings Opportunities for Growth

The Ministry of Housing and Works has officially partnered with Fakt Exhibitions (Pvt.) Ltd. to jointly organize the upcoming “Build Pakistan Exhibition and Conference 2025”, aimed at boosting growth, sustainability, and development in Pakistan’s construction and housing sectors.
The signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was held at the Ministry of Housing and Works, where the official agreement was exchanged between Mr. Saleem Khan Tanoli, CEO of Fakt Exhibitions, and Mr. Muhammad Ashfaq Ghumnan, Additional Secretary of the Ministry. A number of senior officials, including Federal Minister for Housing and Works, Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada, and Secretary Housing and Works, Mr. Hamid Yaqub Sheikh, also witnessed this significant occasion.
Under this MoU, Fakt Exhibitions will lead the planning and organization of the “Build Pakistan – Let’s Build Together” exhibition series, supported and patronized by the Ministry of Housing and Works. The primary objective of the exhibition series is to stimulate economic activity, encourage sustainable industrial practices, and facilitate broader sectoral growth in Pakistan’s housing and construction industries.
Comprising four nationwide events, the exhibition series will kick off at Lahore Expo Center in October 2025. The events will explore central themes such as infrastructure development, affordable housing, urban regeneration, and industrial growth. Furthermore, organizers will collaborate closely with trade associations, chambers of commerce, and influential industry organizations to enhance visibility, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
The exhibition series plans dedicated pavilions for various government initiatives, private enterprises, and international exhibitors. These pavilions will serve as platforms for showcasing innovations, specialized expertise, investment opportunities, advanced construction technologies, and modern building materials.
During the ceremony, CEO of Fakt Exhibitions, Mr. Saleem Khan Tanoli, delivered a briefing outlining the objectives, significant benefits, and anticipated outcomes of the exhibition. Highlighting its strategic importance, he emphasized the event’s critical role in promoting sustainable growth, infrastructure development, and boosting industrial capability within Pakistan.
Addressing attendees at the MoU signing, Federal Minister Mian Riaz Hussain Pirzada congratulated both parties involved and called the partnership a major milestone in the ongoing efforts to enhance Pakistan’s housing, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. Minister Pirzada pointed out that the initiative is timely and will provide an essential platform for collaboration and engagement among national and international stakeholders.
Minister Pirzada further remarked that the project fully aligns with the government’s broader vision of boosting affordable housing, facilitating public-private partnerships, attracting international investment, and accelerating key infrastructure projects related to the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and Special Economic Zones. The Minister reiterated that the Ministry remains fully committed to fostering innovation, encouraging partnerships, and promoting sustainable urban development through such promising initiatives.
