Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan, Chairperson of the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), met with Mr. Durmuş Bastuğ, Consul General of Türkiye, along with Dr. Mehmet Toyran, Education Counsellor, and Dr. Tahir Shah from the Turkish Embassy’s Counsellor’s Office. The meeting focused on strengthening academic cooperation and building stronger higher education links between Pakistan and Türkiye. Both sides discussed collaborative initiatives aimed at promoting educational opportunities, exchange programs, and joint research projects, reflecting a shared commitment to advancing the quality and reach of higher education in both countries.
