American Technology and Leadership Camp Empowers Peshawar Students

The U.S. Consulate General in Peshawar, in collaboration with the Eleanor Roosevelt Corner and the Lincoln Corner Peshawar, organized a three-day summer leadership camp focused on American technology, innovation, and economic practices. The camp brought together 40 talented students from Hazara University, the Institute of Management Sciences, and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women’s University Peshawar.

Throughout the event, consulate public diplomacy staff and university faculty led interactive sessions covering a range of topics. Students participated in workshops on digital communication, technology, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, youth leadership, and the importance of history and cultural preservation. The program aimed to enhance students’ skills and inspire them to become effective leaders.

The summer camp was hosted by Hazara University, whose campus served as the venue for the initiative. Organizers expressed appreciation for the university’s support and hospitality. The event highlighted the commitment of the U.S. Consulate to empowering young people with tools to thrive, fostering opportunities for collaboration, and strengthening economic ties between the United States and Pakistan.
