The Punjab Higher Education Commission, in partnership with the Civil Services Academy, launched the first day of the “Transformative Leadership & Strategic Management Programme for Vice Chancellors” at the Civil Services Academy. The initiative, organized by the Commission’s Directorate of Quality Assurance and Academics, aims to enhance the leadership and strategic management skills of university heads across Punjab.
The program brings together vice chancellors from various institutions to participate in specialized training sessions designed to cultivate progressive leadership qualities and effective strategic planning within the higher education sector. Through workshops and interactive discussions, participants are expected to gain insights into best practices in university governance, decision-making, and quality assurance.
