RPO Rawalpindi Babar Sarfaraz Alpa convened an open court at M A Hall in Hasan Abdal where residents brought a range of written petitions seeking redress. The session was attended by the DPO Attock and other relevant officers who heard complaints directly from citizens and recorded their concerns.
Citizens presented written applications addressing local issues and each petition was reviewed on the spot. The RPO issued clear directives to concerned officers, instructing them to investigate and submit their reports within a specified timeframe so that matters can be resolved promptly.
The RPO reiterated that ensuring access to justice without obstruction and without delay remains a top priority. RPO Rawalpindi emphasized coordinated follow-up and directed field officers to take all necessary steps to address grievances and report progress within the given timeline.
Officials present were tasked with immediate action and mandated to forward timely updates to the RPO office. The open court underscored a commitment to responsive policing and to providing citizens an accountable channel for their grievances in Hasan Abdal and the wider Rawalpindi region.
