Traffic Team Mobilizes for Kacheri Chowk Mega Project

Chief Traffic Officer Rawalpindi convened a special meeting at the Traffic Headquarters to discuss the Kacheri Chowk mega project and its impact on city traffic. Circle officers, sector incharges, duty officers and field staff received a detailed briefing on anticipated changes and operational priorities.

Officers were directed to develop and implement the most effective strategies to keep traffic moving and to ease commuter disruption. Emphasis was placed on planning alternate routes, ensuring citizen convenience and maintaining continuous traffic flow through proactive arrangements and on-ground supervision.

The briefing underlined the need for coordinated field deployment, vigilant duty officers and regular monitoring to address congestion points as they arise.
