Mobilizing for Ijtima-e-Aam at Minar-e-Pakistan

Iqbal Khan, Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab, said the Ijtima-e-Aam set for November 21 to 23 at Minar-e-Pakistan will stand as a strong expression of national unity and public resolve. He predicted the gathering will break past records for attendance and signal a new political and national dawn.

Addressing a special meeting of the District Shura, Zonal Nazm, UC Umra and Baradar Tanzeem under Jamaat-e-Islami Talagang, Iqbal Khan said thousands of men, women and youth from Northern Punjab are preparing to attend the Ijtima-e-Aam. He emphasized that the event will reflect broad-based participation and solidarity across communities.

At the same meeting, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami District Talagang Professor Muhammad Tahir Malik and other local leaders also spoke, endorsing the call to mobilize citizens for large-scale attendance. Iqbal Khan urged party workers to encourage participation and to bring people into Jamaat-e-Islami’s peaceful movement to end the outdated and corrupt system.

Iqbal Khan said the Minar-e-Pakistan Ijtima-e-Aam will mark the start of a decisive phase aimed at restoring basic rights, implementing an Islamic system and securing a dignified life for all citizens. He called on every individual to join Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman’s Badal Do Nizam campaign as part of this effort.

With the slogan “Change the System,” Iqbal Khan said Ameer Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman will outline a comprehensive plan of action for peaceful national resistance and struggle during the Ijtima-e-Aam, presenting a roadmap for the movement ahead.
