Major General Asad Nawaz Khan, Director General of the Defence Export Promotion Organization (DEPO), hosted a delegation from the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) at the DEPO office in Islamabad. The delegation was led by Chief Executive Faiz Ahmad and Secretary Sheryar Taj.
During the meeting, DEPO officials provided a comprehensive briefing on Pakistan’s defence manufacturing capabilities. The TDAP delegation was also given a tour of the DEPO Display Center, where they observed a range of domestically produced defence equipment and technology.
Discussions focused on enhancing collaboration between the two organizations. Key topics included the proposed construction of a new Expo Center and initiatives to jointly promote Pakistan’s defence exports in international markets. Both sides expressed their commitment to strengthening ties and exploring new opportunities for cooperation in the defence sector.
