Strengthening Pakistan Japan ties through embassy visit
Senator Dr. Shehzad Waseem visited the Japanese Embassy in Islamabad and recorded his impressions in the guest book, highlighting the long-standing friendly relations between the two countries. During his visit he emphasized the mutual respect that anchors diplomatic contact and expressed appreciation for Japan’s consistent courtesy in bilateral engagement.
Speaking on the visit, the senator noted how Pakistan views Japan as a developed, organized and hardworking nation. He singled out Japanese technology, punctuality, cleanliness and collective discipline as widely admired qualities in Pakistan, and said these attributes contribute to the high regard in which Japan is held across Pakistani circles.
Senator Dr. Shehzad Waseem called for further steps to deepen Pakistan Japan ties, urging enhanced cooperation in trade, cultural exchange and social initiatives. He described Japan as a friend that respects Pakistan’s sovereignty and avoids interference in internal affairs, and said strengthening collaboration will benefit both countries through increased economic and people-to-people links.
