Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan (HI, SI), Chairperson of the Punjab Higher Education Commission, attended the 6th Graduation Ceremony of Riphah International University as the chief guest, celebrating academic excellence and the achievements of the graduating cohort. His presence at the event highlighted PHEC’s visible role in supporting university milestones across Punjab.
The ceremony was also attended by PHEC Commission Member Dr. Muhammad Arshad, who serves as Chairman of the Board of Governors at Multan University of Science & Technology.
