In a video posted by Lahore Qalandars on YouTube, Inzamam can be seen praising the talented batter’s technique, and offering advice on how to improve his game.
He encouraged Abdullah to continue developing his natural ability to play good cricket shots and shared some tips for his practice sessions, such as the use of a wet tennis ball to sharpen his batting skills.
Inzamam also highlighted the importance of strike rotation, pointing out that the most dangerous batters are often the ones who keep changing strikes.
His advice is timely, as Abdullah Shafique recently starred for Lahore Qalandars, scoring 45 runs off 24 balls against Islamabad United and leading his team to a convincing 110-run victory.
