Mir Muhammad Shah Promoted to Joint Secretary
Mir Muhammad Shah has been elevated from grade 19 deputy secretary to grade 20 with his appointment as Joint Secretary in the National Assembly Secretariat. The promotion marks a formal change in his service grade and responsibilities within the parliamentary administration.
The move was approved by Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq following a recommendation from the Departmental Promotion Committee Two. According to the official notification, Mir Muhammad Shah’s promotion to Joint Secretary is effective from 16 April on a regular basis.
This decision reflects the Secretariat’s internal promotion process and the role of departmental committees and the Speaker in confirming senior grade advancements. Mir Muhammad Shah will assume the duties associated with the grade 20 Joint Secretary post as outlined in the notification.
