A seminar marking Jammu and Kashmir Black Day was held today at the Pakistan Embassy in Germany to reaffirm Islamabad’s steadfast Kashmir support. The event showcased Pakistan’s moral, political and diplomatic backing for the Kashmiri people’s cause and their Right to Self-Determination.
Speakers at the seminar reiterated that the longstanding dispute should be resolved in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people and as enshrined in the UN Security Council resolutions. The embassy’s programme underlined Pakistan’s commitment to keeping the Kashmir issue on the international agenda and to sustaining diplomatic outreach in Europe on this matter.
Through these engagements Pakistan aims to maintain international focus on the rights of Kashmiris and to strengthen diplomatic solidarity for a resolution consistent with the relevant UN directives and the expressed will of the Kashmiri people.
