Wajiha Qamar Inaugurates NCA Thesis Show

Honourable Wajiha Qamar, Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training, formally inaugurated the NCA Thesis Show at the National College of Arts Rawalpindi campus, touring exhibition spaces and engaging with graduating students across the displays.
