Mujahid and Hasho Partner on 16 Sena Project
Mujahid Group of Industries and Hasho Group signed a memorandum of understanding at the FPCCI Capital Office to form a strategic partnership for the 16 Sena project, a high-rise development in Islamabad’s New Blue Area. Under the agreement both companies will make a joint investment in the mixed-use tower known as 16 Sena.
The signing ceremony brought together industry and chamber leaders, including FPCCI President Atif Ikram Sheikh, Hasho Group Real Estate CEO Shakir Bhura, Hasho Group CEO Murtaza Hashwani, Chief Operating Officer Syed Suleman Tahir, and Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Faizan. Representatives from the FPCCI Capital Office such as Chairman Karim Aziz Malik and Chairman Coordination Malik Sohail Hussain attended, along with EC member SARCCCI Zul Huma and senior chamber officials including Arham Ikram Sheikh, Ayaz Malik and Rahim Ikram Sheikh.
Speaking at the event, FPCCI President Atif Ikram Sheikh described the partnership as a reflection of growing investor confidence in Pakistan and said the joint investment in 16 Sena aligns with the economic and national development vision of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir. He added that the collaboration is expected to pave the way for further investment in real estate and other sectors.
The partners emphasized that 16 Sena will contribute to infrastructure development, innovation and tourism promotion in Islamabad, creating new opportunities for progress and prosperity. The MoU underlines a shared intent to support long-term economic growth through quality urban development in the New Blue Area.
After the signing, the delegation conducted a site visit to the 16 Sena location where the project was formally inaugurated and stakeholders reviewed next steps for implementation. Both groups said they look forward to advancing the project and exploring additional joint ventures in the future.
