Dr Javeria Amin Secures QML Research Grant

Rawalpindi Women University has extended heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Javeria Amin, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Sciences, for securing an international research grant worth KRW 30 million.

The grant supports the project titled “Training and Joint Pilot Demonstration of QML Practical Pipeline for Medical AI” and was awarded on 4th May 2026 by Sungkyunkwan University, Republic of Korea, which is ranked 123rd worldwide in the QS World University Rankings.

This achievement reflects Dr. Javeria Amin’s commitment to advancing research in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and highlights the strength of her international research collaborations. It also recognizes the support and facilitation provided by the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), Rawalpindi Women University, in fostering global academic partnerships.
