Ambassador Sohail Mahmood, Director General of the Institute of Strategic Studies Islamabad (ISSI), participated in the “Primakov Readings 2025” International Dialogue Forum, hosted by the Institute of World Economy and International Relations (IMEMO) in Moscow.
