**Superior University Showcases Major Progress and High Graduate Employability in Annual Board Meeting**
Superior University reported remarkable progress in its latest annual Board of Governors meeting, highlighting significant achievements in educational quality, research, and graduate employability. The 22nd meeting of the Board was chaired by Prof. Dr. Chaudhry Abdul Rehman, Chairman of The Superior Group, and attended by prominent figures, including Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan, Chairperson of the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), and other key stakeholders in higher education.
During the meeting, Rector Prof. Dr. Sumaira Rehman presented the university’s annual progress report for 2024-25. Her briefing detailed a series of milestones reflecting the institution’s commitment to its long-term vision. Among the notable accomplishments were efforts to expand access to quality education, the launch of impactful research initiatives, and significant improvements in the university’s performance in major international rankings such as The Impact Rankings and WURI rankings.
A particular highlight was the university’s impressive 90% rate of employability among its graduates, underlining the effectiveness of its academic programs and industry engagement. The Character Mastery project, designed to foster personal development and ethical growth among students, was also recognized as a major initiative.
The meeting was further marked by the presence of distinguished participants, including Ms. Zahida Bukhari, Additional Secretary of the Higher Education Department, Dr. Hazrat Bilal, Director General Attestation and Accreditation at the Higher Education Commission (HEC), and Board Members of SAEPN Private Limited. Collectively, the attendees acknowledged Superior University’s progress and reaffirmed their support for its ongoing mission to advance higher education in the region.
